This 21-hour, 3-day workshop is designed to help you:

  • gain the knowledge, skills and techniques to act as a mediator
  • understand how to avoice ethical traps facing mediators
  • learn how to design mediation retainer contracts
  • learn about the Ontario Mandatory Mediation Program
  • acquire the information needed to set up an ADR practice

Prerequisite: ADR Level 1 or equivalent workshop.

Note: ADR Level 2 has been designed as the second half of a 6-day integrated program leading to a certificate from the ADR Institute of Ontario. To obtain the ADRIO certificate, both levels must be completed within one year. (See also Level 1: Dispute Resolution Overview)
