Registration

How Do I Register?

For your convenience, choose one of the following methods of registration. Registrations and payment will be processed upon receipt. Remember that discounts apply if registration and payment is received four or more weeks in advance of a workshop. Discounts do not apply to courses/seminars less than $300 unless specified.

Note: Participants from outside Canada and the USA pay by International money order in Canadian funds only.

1. On our Website  

Use our secure online form.  Not available for Congregational Leadership Workshops less than two days in length. 

2. By Mail

Select your course(s), complete the printable registration form (you can download Acrobat Reader here) and mail it along with your payment to:

Payment for mail-in registration is by cheque, Visa, MasterCard or International Money Order.

3. By Phone 519-885-0220 ext. 24254

Select your course(s) and phone in your registration. Payment for phone registration is by Visa, MasterCard.

4. By Fax 519-885-0014

Select your course(s), complete the printable registration form and fax it. Payment is by Visa or MasterCard.

5. In Person

Register at our office at 140 Westmount Rd., N. (click here for directions). We are open 8:30 - 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday. Payment may be made by cash, cheque, Visa or MasterCard.
