- Agreement between the Trustees appointed by the Mennonite Society and the Corporation of the Town of Waterloo, transferring the principal of Abraham Erb's legacy ($500) of 1829 to the City, provided it was still used for the benefit of the poor, Dec. 30, 1889. Signed by Elias Snider, Andrew Gorff and John E. Brubacher for the Mennonites and Mayor Kumpf for the Town.

Scope and content : Transcription by Cameron Knight from the Upper Canada Sundries (microfilm C-68895, pages 100205 to 100223). Several Markham area Mennonite family names are found among the witnesses, including Wismer, Reesor, Brake, Ramer. File also includes correspondence between Cameron Knight and Laureen Harder-Gissing.
