If Grebel is the place you want to call home, you need to:

1. Fill out a residence application form (Forms can be mailed to you upon request or downloaded from the website) or apply online. Submit your completed application now! There’s no need to wait for an academic offer!
2. Students selected will be contacted for a small-group interview.
   
   Steps 1 & 2 should be completed by May 27th, 2012.
   
   
3. Submit a $500 deposit to Conrad Grebel University College no later than 11:59pm Eastern Daylight Time (EDT) on June 1, 2012. If you do not receive a residential offer from Grebel your $500 deposit will be refunded.

You can call or email Student Services 519-885-0220 x24236 to request that an application form be mailed to you.

All Grebel applicants will be notified of their offer status by June 1, 2012– at least 12 hours before the 11:59 pm deadline to apply to other UW residences. Then, if you are not admitted to Grebel, you will be able to apply to another first-year UW residence by submitting your Residence Community Ranking Form at getready4rez.

IMPORTANT: UW will not refund a $500 ranking deposit. If you are interested in Grebel, we advise you to wait until you have received notification of your Grebel status before making a housing deposit to UW.

If you are interested in applying to Grebel's Music or Peace and Conflict Studies Living-Learning program, please indicate this on your Grebel application.
